Kai-Lynn Fortner is a professional dancer, choreographer, filmmaker, and creative artist born and raised in Los Angeles California. She has trained in a wide range of styles, including tap, ballroom, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, musical theatre, contemporary, Latin, and commercial dance.
Her most recent performance credits include the FIFA World Cup Los Angeles Opening Ceremony and Lindsey Stirling’s Duality Untamed Tour. She has also worked with Girl Set, KIDZ BOP, the LA County Holiday Celebration, the Los Angeles Jazz Company, and the Magic Kingdom Parade. Kai-Lynn has trained with Reverb Tap Company and studied ballroom extensively in Latin and American Rhythm styles.
She has taught and choreographed since age fourteen, creating more than 60 award-winning competitive routines. She is also the founder of Fortner Productions, where she writes, directs, produces, choreographs, and costumes award-winning short films. Kai-Lynn is currently pursuing her professional career in the dance industry while earning a BFA in Filmmaking with a minor in Costume Design.
